Alfonso Gonzalez a.k.a.DJ Hernia a.k.a DJ H.Ache, is a multifaceted vinyl artist. His musical inspirations range from Salsa and Latin American roots mixed with Hip Hop, Funk, Reggae and Dub, generating a unique experimental melody with a Latin flavor in 4/4. Considered one of the pioneers of the Venezuelan Hip Hop scene, he began his artistic career as a DJ in ’96 with important groups and in clubs in his hometown, Caracas. As a DJ he was a part of legendary Hip Hop groups such as: 187, Vzla Subterránea, Vagos y Maleantes, 3 Dueños among others. His effective ear and versatility led him to join experimental groups such as Bacalao Men and Papashanty Sound System over the years.

As a soloist he promoted sound research projects such as: La Comba Digital, H.Ache Crew and Apollo Sound Machine. Considered one of the most talented DJs in Venezuela in the 2000s, his sound spread abroad where he participated in shows by countless international and national artists such as: Manu Chao, Orishas, Mala Rodriguez, Dead Prez, Immortal Technique, Sexteto Juventud, 5ta Galaxia, Dimension Latina, Gustavo Cerati, Chucho Valdez among many others. He is one of the founders of Club Vinil, a crew of Caracas DJs specialized in sonic delicacies. In recent years he has settled in Colombia to investigate the sounds of this country, specializing in the Caribbean Coast, where he has performed in all the most important venues in the mayor cities of this region, known for its great sound collection.
